Do you use a journal or want to start? Whether they are used for self-reflection, expressing creativity, recording events or organising your life, journals can enhance our wellbeing. But it’s even better when you make your own!
In this workshop series we will be exploring different ways of making and using journals. In each session we will focus on something new but will encourage you to develop your own projects and skills over time. Come for the whole two hours, or just drop in for a while. We’ll provide the materials to get you started.
