Struggling to stay on track with your studies? Working Through Procrastination is a free, four‑week group program run by Curtin’s Psychological and Counselling team, designed to help you develop practical strategies to manage procrastination and reduce academic stress.
Across four weekly 90‑minute sessions, you’ll learn how to get started on tasks, manage unhelpful thoughts and emotions, and build mindfulness and self‑compassion skills in a supportive group setting.
All sessions are located in Building 109, Level 2 (Counselling and Health Services). Please check in with reception at the beginning of the first session.
