Take a mindful break this Mental Health Week!

Curtin Sport & Recreation is hosting a free, beginner-friendly yoga session open to all Curtin students, with no experience needed. Stretch, reset, and recharge during the busy semester.

Why come along?

  • Guided by a qualified yoga instructor who is also a fellow Curtin student
  • A relaxed start to the day with mindful movement
  • Bring a friend and head to a café afterwards for a morning tea catch-up

What to bring?

  • Your own yoga mat if you have one (some will be available to borrow!)
  • Comfortable clothes you can stretch in
  • An open mind and willingness to unwind!
