Do you have one? How is it formed and how will you apply it? Why would you work for a certain organisation? And what type of leader would you be working with?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this Leadership Anchors Masterclass, we will do some introspection on leadership and what it means to you and the organisation you choose to work with. How you interact with your leaders is paramount for your progress. There are also certain leadership traits and actions you need to be cognisant of. We will explore some of the philosophical underpinnings to identify alignment of leadership styles to your career. &nbsp;We will also introduce a useful framework that investigates your underlying philosophy and the type of leaders you may work with into the future.
