or die: leading, managing and doing innovation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Innovation is everywhere.&nbsp; Although we may not realise it, people innovate at work and in life all the time.&nbsp; Doing things a little differently to get them completed more efficiently and effectively keeps organizations on track.&nbsp; However, organizations can also set up constraints and barriers to innovation through policies, processes and practices that have been designed and implemented without regard the whole organizational system of which they are a part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Innovation is crucial to the health and sustainability of organizations.&nbsp; This is in terms of their internal operations and internal customer relationships, and the development of new or changed products and services to meet the needs of external customers, end-users and other stakeholders.&nbsp; Innovation and innovating are not simply an individual activity, it can be developed through systems, structures, mindsets and culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this masterclass we will develop an understanding of innovation and the process, thinking and mindsets involved in activating innovation in your organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon completing this program, you will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>gain an understanding of what innovation is;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>develop thinking and behaviours that activate innovation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>develop the capability to ideate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>develop the capability to see problems differently;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>understand how to evaluate innovation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>develop the capability for rapid experimentation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>develop the capability to take calculated risks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>develop an understanding of how to lead, manage and build a sustainable innovative culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All participants will benefit from a hands-on approach aimed at thinking and doing innovation.&nbsp; Learners will be
