The work that people do is becoming increasingly complex, interdependent, and knowledge intensive. Hence, to a greater extent than ever before, getting things done requires an ability to get things done with and through other people, and this requires effective leadership and a high level of employee engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In partnership with ECU, two leading academics have designed this two-day intensive masterclass to set the stage for leadership development, with a focus on the issues and challenges of leading responsibly today. This masterclass takes an interactional approach to leadership and explores how the leader, followers, and the environment jointly influence each other. The increasingly dynamic and complexity of the world we are operating in makes the task of leading responsibly more difficult, uncertain, and complex.
