Furthermore, the demarcation between sponsorship and project management can also give rise to difficulties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, increasing numbers of projects rely on remote teams. Often internationally based, leading these teams requires a deep understanding of cross-cultural perspectives as well as abilities to influence from a distance for those leading the projects to get the outcomes needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This masterclass will explore a number of issues facing project sponsorship and leading remote teams. It will define the role of the project sponsor and provide you with an understanding of the dynamic and often distributed nature of modern projects, assisting in sponsoring projects throughout their lifecycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this program, leading expert Dr Francis Norman will introduce you to a number of concepts associated with understanding and leading remote teams, and show you how
