Gather relevant documents<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"1.-Gather-relevant-documents\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Ask your client to have their supporting documents to hand, and ensure they meet our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/applying\/scanned-documents-certification-requirements\/\">guidelines<\/a>. The documents may include certified copies of their qualifications, English language proficiency documents and\u00a0supplementary forms for certain courses.<\/p>\n<p>If their documents are not issued in English, an official translation from a <strong>recognised translation service<\/strong> must be provided.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Recognised translation services<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.naati.com.au\/\">National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI)<\/a>\u00a0accredited translator in Australia<\/li>\n<li>The Awarding institution<\/li>\n<li>A Notary Public Office<\/li>\n<li>The official Government body<\/li>\n<li>An official and accredited translator*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Official translations are subject to review.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-2.-Submit-their-application\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"2.-Submit-their-application\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-2.-Submit-their-application\">2. Accept Curtin\u2019s offer<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"3.-Accept-Curtin\u2019s-offer\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>If your client\u2019s application is successful, you will receive an offer, which they must accept or reject.<\/p>\n<p>If they accept their offer, you will receive a <strong>Confirmation of Enrolment<\/strong> \u2013 a document from Curtin that details their course, the duration of study and the tuition fees. This document can be used for acquiring a student visa.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-4.-Help-your-client-to-apply-for-a-student-visa\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"4.-Help-your-client-to-apply-for-a-student-visa\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-4.-Help-your-client-to-apply-for-a-student-visa\">4. Help your client to apply for a student visa<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"4.-Help-your-client-to-apply-for-a-student-visa\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Clients apply for a <a href=\"https:\/\/immi.homeaffairs.gov.au\/visas\/getting-a-visa\/visa-listing\/student-500#Overview\">student visa<\/a> from the Australian government. A student visa will allow your client to study full-time in Australia and work up to 48 hours in a fortnight. If your client is under 18 years old, they must have approved accommodation and welfare arrangements in place before a visa can be issued.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-5.-Ensure-they-are-prepared-to-go\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"5.-Ensure-they-are-prepared-to-go\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-5.-Ensure-they-are-prepared-to-go\">5. Ensure they are prepared to go<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"5.-Ensure-they-are-prepared-to-go\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/campus-life\/living-australia\/\">pre-departure resources<\/a> provide helpful information for your client\u2019s move to Perth.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n        \n<\/mimas-block>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apply to Curtin English<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/applying\/pathways\/\">Curtin English<\/a> is the best choice for your client\u2019s language development. Does the student have an IELTS, TOEFL, Pearson or Cambridge test score?<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"1.-Does-the-student-have-an-IELTS,-TOEFL,-Pearson-or-Cambridge-test-score?\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p><strong>Yes<\/strong>: Please submit student\u2019s application with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/applying\/international\/forms-guides-brochures\/\">required application documents<\/a>. The offer will then be issued.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No<\/strong>: Request a Password Test from Curtin English. Request a password test on behalf of your student via <a href=\"https:\/\/students.connect.curtin.edu.au\/app\/ask_details_international\/p\/2141\/WebForm\/Ask%20International\/WebLabel\/Curtin%20registered%20agent\">this form<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/students.connect.curtin.edu.au\/app\/ask_details_international\/p\/2141\/WebForm\/Ask%20International\/WebLabel\/Curtin%20registered%20agent\">Please advise us via our online system<\/a> when your client has completed the test. Our admissions team will indicate which English <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/applying\/pathways\/\">pathway<\/a> suits your client and how many weeks it will take.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-2.-Accept-offer\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"2.-Accept-offer\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-2.-Accept-offer\">2. Accept offer<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"2.-Accept-offer\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>When you receive an Acceptance of Offer letter, your client must accept or reject it. If they accept it, send us the signed acceptance letter to <a href=\"https:\/\/students.connect.curtin.edu.au\/app\/ask_details_international\/p\/2141\/WebForm\/Ask%20International\/WebLabel\/Curtin%20registered%20agent\">via our online system<\/a> by the due date stated on the offer letter, together with copies of the following supporting documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proof of payment;<\/li>\n<li>Overseas Student Health Cover selection and<\/li>\n<li>your client\u2019s passport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-3.-Confirm-offer\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"3.-Confirm-offer\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-3.-Confirm-offer\">3. Confirm offer<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"3.-Confirm-offer\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>You will receive a confirmation of enrolment (CoE) \u2013 a document that is issued once payment is cleared that details their course, the duration of study and the tuition fees.
