Gather your documents<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"1.-Gather-your-documents\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Have your supporting documents to hand, and ensure they meet our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/applying\/scanned-documents-certification-requirements\/\">guidelines<\/a>. The documents may include certified copies of your qualifications, proof of English language proficiency and supplementary forms for certain courses.<\/p>\n<p>If your documents are not issued in English, translation from a recognised translation service must be provided.<\/p>\n<p>Recognised translation services<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.naati.com.au\/\">National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI) accredited translator in Australia<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The Awarding institution<\/li>\n<li>A Notary Public Office<\/li>\n<li>The official Government body<\/li>\n<li>An official and accredited translator*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><sup>*Official translations are subject to review.<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>If you have undertaken previous study or work that matches the content of some of your Curtin course units, you may be able to obtain credit for recognised learning, which exempts you from studying those units.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>English language proficiency<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>You must provide your test score in one of our recognised English tests, such as IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, CAE or OET, and a copy of your passport photo page.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not have an English test score, you can request to take our online placement test called <strong>Password*<\/strong> to determine your current level of English.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accessing our free Password test is only possible if you are using a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/applying\/international\/apply-via-an-agent\/\">Curtin registered agent<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Agents can request a Password test on your behalf by contacting us <a href=\"https:\/\/students.connect.curtin.edu.au\/app\/ask_international\">via this form<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>If you have problems contacting a representative\/agent in your region, <a href=\"https:\/\/students.connect.curtin.edu.au\/app\/future_ask_int\/\">please contact us<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Password is not a proficiency test and cannot be used to meet the English proficiency requirements of Curtin\u2019s degree courses. However, the test will help you determine which Curtin English course(s) you need to complete before you can start your degree course<\/p>\n<h4><strong>When you don\u2019t meet the English language proficiency requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>If you have not yet achieved the required English proficiency level for your degree, consider studying at Curtin English to get to the level you need to start your degree.<\/p>\n<p>You can apply for a Curtin English pathway at the same time as you apply for your degree and receive a conditional offer that packages your degree course with your Curtin English pathway.<\/p>\n<p>Find out more about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/international-students\/curtin-english\/\">Curtin English pathways<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-2.-Submit-your-application\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"2.-Submit-your-application\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-2.-Submit-your-application\">2. Submit your application<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"2.-Submit-your-application\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Begin your application directly to Curtin by creating an account and logging into our online application portal.<\/p>\n<p>When completing your application, you will be asked the following question: \u201cShould you not meet the English language requirements for your course, would you like to be considered for a Curtin English pathway?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>By responding yes, you will automatically receive a packaged offer with the required <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/curtin-english\/\">Curtin English pathway<\/a> based on the English test results you submit during your application. This is where you can submit your password results or results from any of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/applying\/english-language-requirements\/accepted-english-qualifications\/\">accepted English tests<\/a>. You will only receive a packaged offer if a Curtin English pathway is required.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-3.-Accept-your-Curtin-offer\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"3.-Accept-your-Curtin-offer\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-3.-Accept-your-Curtin-offer\">3. Accept your Curtin offer<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"3.-Accept-your-Curtin-offer\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>If your application is successful, you will receive an offer that you will need to accept or reject. <\/p>\n<p>If you accept your offer, you will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment \u00ad\u2013 a document from Curtin that details your course, how long you will be studying the course, and the tuition fees. This document can be used for acquiring a student visa. <\/p>\n<p>If you selected that you would like a Curtin English pathway package and are eligible, you will receive a conditional offer that packages your degree with your Curtin English pathway. <\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-4.-Apply-for-your-visa\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"4.-Apply-for-your-visa\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-4.-Apply-for-your-visa\">4. Gaining a student visa will allow you to participate in full-time study in Australia and work up to 48 hours in a fortnight*. If you\u2019re under 18 years of age, you must have approved accommodation and welfare arrangements in place before a visa can be issued. <\/p>\n<p>*number of hours of work on a study visa accurate as of December 2024.
