Between finishing year 12, applying to university and waiting for your results, we know this time can feel quite overwhelming. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019re here to help you understand what happens when your ATAR results are released, when offers come out and how to update your preferences if things don\u2019t go to plan.
On this page, we\u2019ll walk you through each step of the TISC offer timeline: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
ATAR results release date:<\/strong> Sunday 20 December 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your ATAR results are used to assess whether you\u2019re eligible for your course preferences. After results are released, TISC uses your preferences and scores to decide which offer you\u2019ll receive during the offer rounds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n You\u2019ll receive your WACE certificate and University Admissions Advice Letter (UAAL) by email. Make sure the email attached to your TISC account is up to date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n If you didn\u2019t get the results you were expecting, it\u2019s important to update your course preferences<\/a> on the TISC website before the main round offers deadline. <\/p>\n\n\n\n This deadline usually falls in late December, but we recommend checking the TISC website<\/a> for the exact date each year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n If you\u2019re unsure on what to do, contact our Future Student Advisors for guidance and support.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The TISC safety net helps you save your main round offer if you wish to change your preferences and be re-assessed for a different preference in the second round. <\/p>\n\n\n\n If you update your preferences by the second round deadline, your main round offer stays valid until you receive a new one \u2013 or decide to accept it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n For more information on the TISC safety net, see main round of offers<\/a> on the TISC website. <\/p>\n\n\n Find out about the different offer rounds and when to change your course preferences if you change your mind or if your results <\/span>weren\u2019t<\/span> quite what you had hoped.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n\n Early offers will be sent out from the following dates:<\/p>\n You’ll receive a TISC confirmation letter during the main offer round if:<\/p>\n If these conditions aren’t met, or you’ve changed your first preference, your early offer will no longer be valid.<\/p>\n You may still be reassessed in the second round if you meet the entry requirements or change your preferences in time.<\/p>\n Learn more about early offers.<\/a><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n Last day to apply or change preferences:<\/strong> Check TISC important dates<\/a> for the current year’s exact date and time.<\/p>\n When are main round offers sent?<\/strong> What you can do:<\/strong><\/p>\n If you’ve already accepted an early offer and haven’t changed your first preference, you’ll receive confirmation during the main round once all conditions are met.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n Last day to apply or change preferences:<\/strong> Always check TISC important dates<\/a> for the exact date and time.<\/p>\n When are second round offers sent?<\/strong> Who this round is for:<\/strong><\/p>\n What you can do:<\/strong><\/p>\n Note:<\/strong> A second round offer replaces your previous offer (if you received one).
