You may choose to study a course from your current field of expertise, to gain advanced or specialised knowledge, or you could choose a course from a different field, to take your career in a promising new direction.<\/p>\n\n\n<mimas-block \n        block-name=\"button\"\n        \n        data-align=\"left\"\n        role=\"complementary\"\n        aria-label=\"Button block\"\n        data-segment=\"all\">\n\n    \n    \n<div class=\"block-heading hidden\"\n     data-segment=\"dom\"\n     data-style=\"\"\n     data-align=\"default\"\n>\n\n                                <h2 class=\"block-heading__title \" id=\"button-block\">Button block<\/h2>\n            \n                        \n                        \n            \n                <\/div>\n\n                    <a\n    href=\"https:\/\/curtin.edu.au\/study\/postgraduate\"\n    class=\"button  button--deep-blue filled\"\n    target=\"_top\" aria-label=\"Learn more about postgrad\">Learn more about postgrad<\/a>\n    <\/mimas-block>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is eligible for the Curtin Industry scholarship?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>You must:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>be an employee of one of our <a href=\"#modal=industry-partners\">industry partners<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>currently residing in Australia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>commence\u202fan eligible postgraduate course at Curtin University in <strong>semester 1, trimester 1 or trimester 2, 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>apply for admission into an eligible <a href=\"https:\/\/curtin.edu.au\/study\/postgraduate\/\">postgraduate course<\/a> at Curtin within the Curtin course application timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Please note:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students undertaking studies via Open Universities are not eligible for this scholarship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This scholarships cannot be accepted in conjunction with the <a href=\"https:\/\/scholarships.curtin.edu.au\/Scholarship\/?id=6842\">PG Alumni Scholarship<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What courses are eligible for the Curtin Industry scholarship?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligible courses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Most full fee-paying\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/search\/?search_text=Graduate%20diploma&amp;study_type=course\">graduate diplomas<\/a>\u202for\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/search\/?search_text=Master%20by%20coursework&amp;study_type=course\">masters by coursework<\/a>\u202fin the faculties of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Business and Law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Humanities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Science and Engineering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ineligible courses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any postgraduate course for which you have been offered a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/students\/essentials\/fees\/paying-your-fees\/commonwealth-supported\/\">Commonwealth Supported Place<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health Sciences courses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graduate Diploma in Information and Library Studies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graduate Diploma in Records Management and Archives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master of Architecture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master of Information Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master of Teaching<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<mimas-block \n        block-name=\"cards\"\n        data-segment=\"dom\">\n\n    \n\n        <div class=\"card-grid\"\n         data-card-size=\"standard\"         data-card-count=\"3\"\n         data-card-background=\"gray\">\n                    <div  id=\"how-do-i-apply\" class=\"card\" data-type=\"\" aria-label=\"how-do-i-apply\"><div class=\"inner\"><div class=\"card__title\"><h3>How do I apply?<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"card__content\"><p>When applying for your chosen course, please attach a letter from your employer indicating your employment status with them and your intention to take up the Curtin Industry Scholarship. No separate scholarship application is required.<\/p><p>All candidates who receive a course offer will be automatically assessed for the scholarship. The scholarship discount will be applied by the census date for the relevant study period.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>                    <div  id=\"how-do-i-maintain-this-scholarship\" class=\"card\" data-type=\"\" aria-label=\"how-do-i-maintain-this-scholarship\"><div class=\"inner\"><div class=\"card__title\"><h3>How do I maintain this scholarship?<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"card__content\"><ul><li>You must remain enrolled in your course for the duration of the scholarship <\/li><li>Deferral of the scholarship is not permitted.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>                    <div  id=\"what-is-the-value-of-this-scholarship\" class=\"card\" data-type=\"\" aria-label=\"what-is-the-value-of-this-scholarship\"><div class=\"inner\"><div class=\"card__title\"><h3>What is the value of this scholarship?<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"card__content\"><p>The Curtin Industry Scholarship will provide you with <strong>15% off student tuition fees<\/strong> for the first year of study (up to a maximum of 200 credits). <\/p><p>Note: You are liable for your Student Services and Amenities Fees (SSAF) each semester, along with any other expenses incurred for you to undertake your studies (e.g. ancillary or incidental fees). <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>            <\/div>\n<\/mimas-block>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Why study postgrad?
