Private Landlord Incentive Program

To support Curtin students to secure accommodation for their studies, we have introduced The Curtin Private Landlord Incentive Program, which rewards eligible landlords who rent a property to a Curtin student, with an incentive of up to $5,000.

How to apply

For an application form and further information, landlords and/or property managers can email accommodation@curtin.edu.au.
To support your application for the incentive, you will need to confirm a student’s enrolment and student number.
