The Curtin Extra Certificate catalogues a student&#8217;s participation in approved Curtin Extra co-curricular programs.<\/p>\n<p>You can review and print your Curtin Extra\u00a0eRecord\u00a0through the Curtin Extra Certificate channel in OASIS.<\/p>\n<p>You will be given a copy of your Curtin Extra Certification digitally via My eQuals. Hardcopies can be ordered online via OASIS, fees apply.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-Graduation-Statement-\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"Graduation-Statement-\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-Graduation-Statement-\">Graduation Statement <\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"Graduation-Statement-\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Curtin students who have their award conferred will receive an Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (Graduation Statement) digitally via My eQuals with their graduation documents pack.<\/p>\n<p>The Graduation Statement includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Details of the course leading to the award<\/li>\n<li>Further information about the course<\/li>\n<li>The award<\/li>\n<li>The institution<\/li>\n<li>Australian Higher Education system<\/li>\n<li>Approved special achievements of the graduate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Special achievements include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Member of the Vice-Chancellor&#8217;s List<\/li>\n<li>Chancellor&#8217;s Commendation (Exceptional Higher Degree by Research Thesis)<\/li>\n<li>Merit based scholarships awarded as part of a competitive process and administered by the Curtin University Scholarships Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A Graduation Statement is only available to for awards conferred on or after 1 November 2010.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-True-Copy-of-Award-Certificate-\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"True-Copy-of-Award-Certificate-\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-True-Copy-of-Award-Certificate-\">True Copy of Award Certificate <\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"True-Copy-of-Award-Certificate-\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>A Curtin Award Certificate is a legal document with a unique award number. You may only have one award certificate for each completed course.<\/p>\n<p>If you need an additional copy of your award you may purchase a True Copy of your award certificate.<\/p>\n<p>A True Copy is available for standard Curtin Award Certificates if you graduated since 2000. The True Copy is similar to a Curtin award certificate, but states &#8216;True Copy&#8217; at the bottom of the certificate.<\/p>\n<p>To order a True Copy, complete the <strong>Application for True Copy of Award<\/strong> form available from Quick Forms in OASIS or from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/students\/essentials\/forms-documents\/forms\/\" rel=\"noopener\">forms page<\/a>, fees apply.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-Replacement-Award-Certificate\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"Replacement-Award-Certificate\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-Replacement-Award-Certificate\">Replacement Award Certificate<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"Replacement-Award-Certificate\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>A replacement award certificate is a legal document. The Graduation Seal will be affixed to all replacement award certificates with the notation \u201cReplacing Original Award dated DD Month YYYY\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lost, Stolen or Destroyed Award Certificate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Graduates applying for a replacement award certificate will provide an original<br \/>\nstatutory declaration, duly authorised, stating that the award certificate has been<br \/>\nlost, stolen or destroyed. If the original award certificate is subsequently recovered, it will be returned to the University.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Non-Receipt of Award Certificate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Where a student states that they have never received their award certificate but<br \/>\nUniversity records show that it was correctly sent, a duly authorised statutory<br \/>\ndeclaration stating that the award certificate has never been received, will be<br \/>\nprovided.<\/p>\n<p>Where the request is lodged 12 months or more after conferral of the award, a fee<br \/>\nwill be charged for a replacement award certificate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Damaged Award Certificates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A replacement award certificate may be issued where the original is damaged. A fee will be charged for a replacement award certificate.<\/p>\n<p>The damaged original will be returned to and destroyed by the Progression, Assessment and Awards Office. An award certificate may be replaced without a fee being charged under special circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>To find out about ordering documents refer to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/students\/essentials\/forms-documents\/forms\/\">Student administration forms<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-Intermediate\/Exit-Award\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"Intermediate\/Exit-Award\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-Intermediate\/Exit-Award\">Intermediate\/Exit Award<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"Intermediate\/Exit-Award\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>An Intermediate Award is a standalone award in which students may enrol and is a recognised approved exit point from a Principal Award. Students are not required to withdraw from the Principal Award to receive an Intermediate Award.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exit Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An Exit Award is an approved exit point from an award course that may be available to students unable to fulfil the requirements of the award course in which they are enrolled but who have completed the requirements of another qualification.<\/p>\n<p>Exit Awards will only be granted to students who have discontinued enrolment in the Principal Award.<\/p>\n<p>Where a Principal Award provides for the granting of an approved Intermediate and Exit Award\/s, details will be published in the University Courses Handbook.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application and decision<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An application for an Intermediate or Exit Award will be submitted by the student to the Head of School\/Area on the form prescribed by the Academic Registrar, no later than 12 months following the conclusion of studies within that program. Applications received after this date may be considered if there are exceptional circumstances that prevented an earlier application.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of School\/Area (or nominee) will approve applications for Intermediate or Exit Awards, submitted in accordance with, where the student:<\/p>\n<p>a) has completed all course requirements for the evant Intermediate or Exit Award;<br \/>\nb) has completed one third, or the final year (whichever is less) of the relevant Intermediate or Exit Award course via Curtin-provided units, inclusive of any credit for recognised learning from units undertaken at Curtin. Any exception to the one-third requirement will follow the requirements of the Credit Limitations Procedure, Credit for Recognised Learning Procedures;<br \/>\nc) is not enrolled in a Double degree (refer to Degree by Incorporation Procedure,<br \/>\nAdmissions and Enrolment Policy and Procedures);<br \/>\nd) has no sanction for misconduct or outstanding debt to the University; and<br \/>\ne) has not completed the requirements of the Principal Award<\/p>\n<p>Students will be notified of the outcome of their application\u00a0to grant an Intermediate or Exit Award within 20 working days of the decision via the Official Communications Channel (OCC).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A fee, as prescribed by the Council, will be payable for the conferral of all Exit Awards and<br \/>\nIntermediate Awards<\/p>\n<p>To find out about ordering documents refer to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/students\/essentials\/forms-documents\/forms\/\">Student administration forms<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n        \n<\/mimas-block>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International<\/h2>\n\n\n<mimas-block \n        block-name=\"accordion\"\n        role=\"complementary\"\n        aria-label=\"Accordion content\"\n        data-segment=\"all\">\n\n                \n\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-Confirmation-of-Enrolment-(CoE)-\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"Confirmation-of-Enrolment-(CoE)-\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-Confirmation-of-Enrolment-(CoE)-\">Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) <\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"Confirmation-of-Enrolment-(CoE)-\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>For international student on student visas only; this is a document which represents your course of study, duration and associated tuition fees. It is issued to you by the University on behalf of the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations for the purpose of acquiring a student visa or visa extension.<\/p>\n<p>You will need
