Clicking on a tab will take you to a new OASIS screen containing channels specific to that tab.<\/p>\n\n\n<mimas-block \n        block-name=\"accordion\"\n        role=\"complementary\"\n        aria-label=\"Accordion content\"\n        data-segment=\"all\">\n\n                \n\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-My-Studies\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"My-Studies\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-My-Studies\">My Studies<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"My-Studies\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>The My Studies tab is the home for everything you need to manage your academic journey at Curtin. Here you\u2019ll find the Enrolment channel where you can enrol in units, register for classes and plan your timetable. You can then find direct links to your unit outlines under Enrolled Units.<\/p>\n<p>This is also where scholarships can be discovered and sanctions can be resolved. You can keep track of your library loans through the Borrower Information panel and search from thousands of the world&#8217;s biggest online databases through the Library Catalogue. More useful resources including referencing guides, library workshops and study room bookings are just a click away!<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-My-Campus\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"My-Campus\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-My-Campus\">My Campus<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"My-Campus\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Are you hoping to engage in student life beyond your classes? The My Campus tab is the place to save upcoming events and explore extra opportunities and support. Getting to campus and navigating your way around is also made easy with links to On Campus and Student Essentials such as shuttle services and printing.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n        \n<\/mimas-block>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"channels\">Channels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Channels are self-contained areas of functionality and content within tabs and their associated screens. OASIS has many channels, including:<\/p>\n\n\n<mimas-block \n        block-name=\"accordion\"\n        role=\"complementary\"\n        aria-label=\"Accordion content\"\n        data-segment=\"all\">\n\n                \n\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-Communications-centre-(OCs-and-alerts)\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"Communications-centre-(OCs-and-alerts)\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-Communications-centre-(OCs-and-alerts)\">Communications centre (OCs and alerts)<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"Communications-centre-(OCs-and-alerts)\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Official University correspondence sent to you via OASIS is delivered to the Communications Centre which is accessible by clicking the speech bubble in the top right corner. Not to be confused with Student Email, Official Communications are part of a separate electronic message system designed to replace official letters traditionally sent by post to students.<\/p>\n<p>Messages sent by OC cannot be deleted and it is a condition of enrolment that all Curtin students check their OCC at least weekly. Unit information displayed in this channel may take 24 hours or more to update from eStudent. For up-to-date enrolment details, please check eStudent.<\/p>\n<p>If a unit outline is available, a link will appear in the outline column. These will only be accessible to computers connected to Curtin&#8217;s network (lab computers, for example).<\/p>\n<p>The Handbook links (under the heading &#8216;handbook&#8217;) take you to Curtin online handbook entry for the unit.<\/p>\n<p>Where Reserve Items appears under the heading &#8216;Library&#8217; you can click the link to go directly to the Library catalogue and see all of the items in the Library&#8217;s eReserve which relate to the unit.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-OASIS-News\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"OASIS-News\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-OASIS-News\">OASIS News<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"OASIS-News\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Stay up to date with what\u2019s happening at Curtin through your customisable news channel. Located on the Welcome tab, you can filter through the latest news by what is relevant to you by choosing specific faculties, locations, amenities or experiences.<b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-OASIS-Events\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"OASIS-Events\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-OASIS-Events\">OASIS Events<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"OASIS-Events\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>The Events channel on the My Campus tab is designed for you to engage with your university experience beyond just your studies. Here you can check out academic and extracurricular events suitable for a range of backgrounds and study modes.<\/p>\n<p>When you find an event that you\u2019re interested in, you can favourite it to keep track of what\u2019s upcoming for you.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-Reminders\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"Reminders\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-Reminders\">Reminders<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"Reminders\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>If you\u2019re regularly using OASIS you should never miss a key date with the help of personalised reminders. These are displayed on the top right side of the Welcome tab and include things like key administration dates and result releases.<\/p>\n<p>You can dismiss a reminder after viewing it, and if nothing else is coming up you\u2019ll be motivated with daily tips and quotes. If you prefer, you can opt-out of tips and quotes by clicking the three little dots on the right hand side.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-Sanctions\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"Sanctions\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-Sanctions\">Sanctions<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"Sanctions\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>The Sanctions channel (accessible through My Studies) advises if you have a sanction on your student record. A sanction is a warning that is applied to a student&#8217;s record to alert staff and the student to outstanding requirements, such as non-payment of fees or charges, that may prevent the student from accessing results, re-enrolling or graduating.<\/p>\n<p>Each sanction on the Sanctions channel will explain what you need to do in order to remove it from your record. For example, paying an outstanding fee will lift a fee-related sanction within 24 hours (Processing of payments may take up to three days).<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-eVALUate\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"eVALUate\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-eVALUate\">eVALUate<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"eVALUate\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>eVALUate\u00a0has two\u00a0online surveys which allow you to report your perception of your units and teaching staff. At the end of your study period, you&#8217;ll be prompted via the official communication channel (OCC) in OASIS to complete eVALUate. Follow the instructions in the OCC to submit your feedback.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-Get-Started\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"Get-Started\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-Get-Started\">Get Started<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"Get-Started\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Get Started is the first touch-point for new to course students after receiving an offer, and will guide you through the process of accepting the offer, ensuring any conditions are met, submitting your USI and completing eCAFs. Once your offer has been accepted, Get Started will assist you through enrolment in your first study period with a simpler and more accessible way to register for units, classes, and create a timetable. Located within the Welcome tab of OASIS, you can access Get Started at any time throughout your first enrolment period for guidance and support with the process. Between enrolment periods, you can continue to make changes to your study plan through eStudent. Get Started is only accessible for new to course students, however, continuing students can still be guided through the enrolment period using the Re-enrolment channel in the My Studies tab.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-Re-enrolment\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"Re-enrolment\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-Re-enrolment\">Re-enrolment<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"Re-enrolment\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Re-enrolment is a shortcut for planning your next study period. Instead of navigating your way through eStudent, you can be guided through the steps of enrolling in units, registering for classes and planning your timetable straight from the My Studies Tab. Re-enrolment is available on OASIS until three weeks before the census date. After this point, you can make any changes to your study plan through eStudent.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-Quick-Forms\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"Quick-Forms\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-Quick-Forms\">Quick Forms<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"Quick-Forms\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>The Quick Forms channel (accessible through My Studies) allows you to print student administration forms with your current recorded personal and course details already filled in. Once the Quick Form has been printed you will be required to fill out any additional information and submit the form to the appropriate contact office.<\/p>\n<p>If you can&#8217;t find a form in Quick Forms, try\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/students\/essentials\/forms-documents\/\" rel=\"noopener\">student forms and documents<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/students\/essentials\/higher-degree-by-research\/hdr-forms\/\" rel=\"noopener\">forms for research students<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you notice that your address or phone details are incorrect you will need to update them in eStudent.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-FAQs\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"FAQs\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-FAQs\">FAQs<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"FAQs\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Ask Curtin (accessible through the OASIS Welcome page) is a university-wide FAQ database containing extensive Student Administration FAQs.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n        \n<\/mimas-block>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Logging out of OASIS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To log out of OASIS, click on Logout in the top right-hand corner of any OASIS page. Remember, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your OASIS session.
