This course equips participants with fundamental skills, enabling them to understand and monitor their mental well-being effectively.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll explore key wellbeing dimensions including self-control, exercise, breathing, sleep, nutrition, finance, relationships, occupation, environment, intellectual, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>Prefer to learn online?
