We\u2019ve added a NEW 45-minute Les Mills Shapes class to the group fitness timetable! Shapes classes run at 6:30pm on Tuesdays and 5:30pm Fridays (replacing Core). &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shapes is a 45-minute fusion of Pilates, barre and power yoga, designed to sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups. Using small, controlled movements, it improves alignment, boosts flexibility, and delivers a low impact yet intense workout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to join a group fitness class<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grab a ticket from reception to reserve your place in group fitness classes. The class is considered full once all tickets have been allocated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let your instructor know if it is your first time participating in the class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have an injury,&nbsp;illness or medical condition let us know.
