Breast cancer rehabilitation (Pink Crusaders)

The Pink Crusaders program is for women undergoing or recovering from breast cancer treatment. It provides guided exercise assisting rehabilitation in a supportive environment. Your trainer will develop an exercise plan to address your individual needs.

Who can participate?

The Pink Crusaders is designed for women who are undergoing or have completed breast cancer treatment.

A one on one consult before joining the program will make sure the program is right for you. This is a 60 minute appointment which involves a health screening and an assessment. You will need to bring a written clearance for participation in the rehabilitation program from your oncologist or GP.

What to expect in a session

Group sessions run for 60 minutes in the privacy of The Studio. We keep sessions small to allow you to get the most out of the class.

Sessions involve a combination of:

  • Light resistance training
  • Light cardio
  • Pilates-based mat work
  • Stretching
