Families are <u>not selected<\/u> because of their mental health or wellbeing experiences. They gather information about the social and political trends of the nation. This data will not include your name or any identifying information.<\/p>\n<p>No information you provide will be linked with your personal identifying information. You can participate in the survey without data linkage. \u00a0After the survey, we will ask your permission to access your child\u2019s Medicare (MBS) and Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) records, and NAPLAN and attendance records.<\/p>\n<p>This is not compulsory, and it is entirely voluntary. This will not affect any services and benefits you, your child or your family receive from the government or any organisations.<\/p>\n<p>If you agree, we will ask you to complete a form with your child\u2019s details so that our survey team and the relevant agencies that hold your child\u2019s data can match their records. Once matched, your child\u2019s identifying information will be removed permanently.
