{"id":7382,"date":"2019-03-15T00:00:50","date_gmt":"2019-03-14T16:00:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/news\/we-want-to-know-about-your-physical-and-mental-health\/"},"modified":"2022-12-07T13:09:15","modified_gmt":"2022-12-07T05:09:15","slug":"we-want-to-know-about-your-physical-and-mental-health","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/news\/we-want-to-know-about-your-physical-and-mental-health\/","title":{"rendered":"We want to know about your physical and mental health"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The World Health Organisation recognises how tough university life can be, and has launched the World Mental Health International College Student Initiative who are conducting a survey about student mental health.<\/p>\n<p>You will be asked to complete a confidential web survey where you will be asked questions about your past and current experiences, your physical and mental health, and whether you have ever used mental health services (e.g. a counsellor). You will also be asked about your pattern of alcohol and drug use, and your experience or thoughts around self-harm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To participate, check your email between 5 March and 8 April 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
