If you\u2019ve experienced family separation and aged between 12 – 21, the Commissioner for Children and Young People invites you to share your experiences.<\/p>\n

By taking part, you can share your ideas on ways to improve supports for young people who may experience family separation, services, and the family law system.<\/p>\n

You can participate and share your experiences through one of the below options:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Share your story \u2013 Submit your story to the Commissioner in a way that suits you \u2013 such as writing about your story, making a video or audio recording, submitting artwork or a multi-media presentation.<\/li>\n
  2. Share your views or opinions \u2013 Get interviewed by one of the Commissioner\u2019s team members either in person or over the phone.<\/li>\n
  3. Complete an online survey – You can complete a short online survey where you can share your ideas on how to improve series for children and young people. Note* Online survey participants will go into a draw to win one of two $30 Coles vouchers.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    All feedback is kept confidential. Any findings will be published in December 2018 and will be provided to the Family Court of WA and the Australian Law Reform Commission\u2019s national review of the family law system.<\/p>\n
