The Student Box<\/strong><\/a>, the website has opened the eyes of thousands of aspiring university students to the opportunity that Curtin provides.<\/p>\n“We created a new channel of communication for kids in high school that gave them an opportunity to ask questions and interact with each other and find out about tertiary study opportunities in a whole new way,” said Curtin’s Digital Media Unit Director Rick Barrett.<\/p>\n
“We effectively took a huge punt and it has paid off.”<\/p>\n
The Student Box has lots of great tips on study, university and life in general.<\/p>\n
Curtin’s Director of Marketing Karen Carriero said the website would not be resting on its laurels.<\/p>\n
She said the The Student Box had now engendered a ‘less talk, more listening’ approach that allowed users to take control of the site themselves.<\/p>\n
The Brand Agency and Longtail worked with Curtin to create the award-winning website.<\/p>\n
