{"id":32395,"date":"2026-10-01T10:30:00","date_gmt":"2026-10-01T02:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/news\/?post_type=oasis-news&#038;p=32395"},"modified":"2026-10-01T10:22:56","modified_gmt":"2026-10-01T02:22:56","slug":"building-402-remains-closed-next-week-classes-being-moved","status":"publish","type":"oasis-news","link":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/news\/oasis-news\/building-402-remains-closed-next-week-classes-being-moved\/","title":{"rendered":"Building 402 remains closed next week, classes being moved"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As you may know, Building 402 has been closed due to a major water leak over the weekend (September 27).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unfortunately, Building 402 will remain closed next week (October 5 to 9).&nbsp; The University will provide further updates as soon as possible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result, work is underway to move all impacted classes online, or to alternative venues where absolutely necessary. Impacted students will be emailed personally via standard processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need access to belongings located in Building 402, the Safer Communities Team can arrange an escorted visit. Please visit <a href=\"https:\/\/campusmap.curtin.edu.au\/bentley\/?poi=1000830206\">the Safer Communities Incident Response vehicle parked between Buildings 401 and 402<\/a> today (Thursday, October 1) and tomorrow (Friday, October 2) between 10.30am and 2.30pm to register your need for an escorted visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for your patience and understanding while the clean-up continues.
