services, Digital and Technology Solutions (DTS) will be performing a scheduled update to the University&#8217;s print management system on <strong>Wednesday 19 August from 5:00am to 9:00am<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>During this maintenance window, printing services will be unavailable across the University.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-intro-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What will be affected?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the update, you will not be able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Print, copy, or scan from any multifunction printer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Top up your print account balance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the email-to-print service<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-intro-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important: collect any pending print jobs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P<strong>lease ensure any print jobs waiting in the print queue are released and collected before 5:00am on Wednesday 19 August. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any unreleased print jobs remaining in the system when the update begins will be removed and will need to be submitted again once the update is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Similarly, any print jobs sent during the maintenance period will not be processed and will need to be re-sent after services are restored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-intro-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When will services resume?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Printing services are expected to return to normal by 9:00am on Wednesday 19 August.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The maintenance has been scheduled outside of peak usage periods and during the tuition-free week to minimise
