{"id":31728,"date":"2026-07-27T14:21:45","date_gmt":"2026-07-27T06:21:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/news\/?post_type=oasis-news&#038;p=31728"},"modified":"2026-07-27T14:21:50","modified_gmt":"2026-07-27T06:21:50","slug":"get-rewarded-for-sharing-what-lands-in-your-student-inbox","status":"publish","type":"oasis-news","link":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/news\/oasis-news\/get-rewarded-for-sharing-what-lands-in-your-student-inbox\/","title":{"rendered":"Get rewarded for sharing what lands in your student inbox"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Reading time: 1 minute.<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We know that Curtin students receive a lot of emails, and we want to better understand which messages are helpful, which ones get missed and how you would prefer to receive important information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-intro-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What you\u2019ll do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spend about 30 minutes each weekday recording the emails you received in your student inbox that day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log every email you receive each day, even if it is not from Curtin (sensitive emails don\u2019t have to be recorded).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer a few simple questions about each email, such as whether you read it and how useful it was.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-intro-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What you\u2019ll receive<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Receive $50<\/strong> for each completed diary day, paid weekly by Prezzee gift card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Get a $200 completion bonus<\/strong> with your final payment if you complete all four weeks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-intro-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who can take part?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This opportunity is <strong>open to all enrolled Curtin students<\/strong>, whether you study online or on campus. If you are selected, your feedback will help improve how Curtin communicates with students in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested?
