The survey provides valuable feedback on students&#8217; experiences and helps universities, including Curtin,\u00a0identify\u00a0opportunities to enhance learning, teaching and support services.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SES is commissioned by the Australian Government, with results contributing to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.qilt.edu.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching (QILT)<\/a>&nbsp;initiative.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the national SES population, Curtin also surveys:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Australian campus undergraduate and postgraduate coursework middle-year students\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students studying at Curtin global campuses and partner institutions\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-intro-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who is eligible?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may be eligible to&nbsp;participate&nbsp;if you are:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An\u00a0undergraduate or postgraduate coursework student studying at an Australian campus location\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A student studying at a Curtin global campus or partner institution\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-intro-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How do I&nbsp;participate?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible students will receive an invitation email from the Social Research Centre (SRC), which administers the survey on behalf of the Australian Government and participating institutions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-intro-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When does the survey run?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The August 2026 collection opens on 28 July 2026 and closes on 30 August 2026.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-intro-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prizes<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All participants, including Australian middle-year students and students studying at Curtin global campuses and partner institutions, are eligible for prizes offered by the Social Research Centre.
