Don\u2019t worry if you\u2019ve never tried it before it\u2019s designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and boost balance, all while staying gentle on your body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why should you try it?<\/strong> If you\u2019re looking for a workout that strengthens your body, improves control, and helps you feel more focused and balanced, this is definitely worth a go. It\u2019s a perfect addition to your uni life when you want something effective that is not overly intense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How do classes work?<\/strong> Classes run every day in a dedicated Reformer Pilates studio at Curtin Fitness Centre. You\u2019ll follow guided movements displayed on a screen at the front of the class &#8211; simple and easy to follow, even if you\u2019re new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How much does it cost?<\/strong> As a Curtin student, you can add Virtual Reformer Pilates to your existing standard membership, accommodation membership or eligible pass for just $10 per week (debited fortnightly).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To access Virtual Reformer Pilates, you must already have standard membership, accommodation membership or Semester Saver Pass at the Curtin Fitness Centre.
