No referral. Just drop in.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>When:<\/strong> 10am\u20132pm, Monday to Friday (during semester)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Where:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/campusmap.curtin.edu.au\/bentley\/?poi=793730\"><strong>Building 104.113<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-intro-font-size\"><strong>Why go to The Living Room?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You don\u2019t have to wait until things feel \u201cserious\u201d or \u201cbad enough\u201d to come in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If something feels stressful, that\u2019s enough. If you seek help early, you can stop it getting worse.&nbsp;The longer you wait to get help, the worse the impact&nbsp;on your wellbeing and studies could be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You might choose to drop in if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Something feels off and you\u2019re not sure why<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019ve been trying to figure things out on your own<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It\u2019s starting to impact your day-to-day life or studies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You just want to feel a bit more on top of things<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-intro-font-size\"><strong>What happens when you walk in?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can take it at your pace and:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chat with a Peer Support Advisor about study stress, life stuff, relationships, or anything on your mind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sense of what\u2019s going on and what you might need<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take time out to reset if things feel overwhelming<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect with other students and build a sense of community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn about support services at Curtin and beyond<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Join low-key activities or spend time with visiting therapy dogs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> The Living Room isn\u2019t a crisis service.
