This survey aims to gather important data regarding students\u2019 experiences with sexual violence and harm to help shape university policies and services to improve student safety. The NSSS will be conducted across Australia during Semester 2 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/universitiesaustralia.edu.au\/project\/national-student-safety-survey\/\">UA website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pilot study<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>From 11 to 29 May 2026, a random sample of 1,000 Curtin students will receive invitations via email from the Roy Morgan research team. Participation is entirely voluntary and <strong>all responses will remain confidential<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check your Curtin student inbox to see if you have been selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is eligible?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All current students are eligible, including both domestic and international students studying in Australia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants must be enrolled at or through an Australian campus, which also includes Open Universities Australia students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students must be aged 16 years or older.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Playing a part in promoting safer and respectful community<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We appreciate all students who participate in this important project by completing both the pilot and the national survey.
