You will be prompted for MFA when logging in from a new or untrusted device. If you use a personal device and choose to stay signed in, you may only need to authenticate after a set period, such as every 90 days.<\/span><\/p>\n\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>                    <div class=\"accordion\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading accordion__toggle\" aria-controls=\"what-happens-if-i-dont-set-up-mfa\" aria-expanded=\"false\">What happens if I don\u2019t set up MFA?<span class=\"ico ico-chevron-fat ico--deep-blue\"><svg xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" viewBox=\"0 0 32 32\"><path d=\"M10.91 30.41l-2.82-2.82L19.67 16 8.09 4.41l2.82-2.82L25.33 16 10.91 30.41z\"\/><\/svg><\/span><\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content content\" id=\"what-happens-if-i-dont-set-up-mfa\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p><span style=\"font-weight: 200\">If you do not set up MFA, you may be unable to access Microsoft applications until you complete the setup process. It is recommended to set it up as soon as possible to avoid any disruption.<\/span><\/p>\n\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>                    <div class=\"accordion\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading accordion__toggle\" aria-controls=\"can-i-use-a-different-authentication-app-to-microsoft-authenticator\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Can I use a different authentication app to Microsoft Authenticator?<span class=\"ico ico-chevron-fat ico--deep-blue\"><svg xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" viewBox=\"0 0 32 32\"><path d=\"M10.91 30.41l-2.82-2.82L19.67 16 8.09 4.41l2.82-2.82L25.33 16 10.91 30.41z\"\/><\/svg><\/span><\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content content\" id=\"can-i-use-a-different-authentication-app-to-microsoft-authenticator\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p><span style=\"font-weight: 200\">Yes, while Microsoft Authenticator is the recommended option, you can use other authentication apps like Google Authenticator or Cisco Duo. Microsoft Authenticator provides the best compatibility with Microsoft products.<\/span><\/p>\n\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>                    <div class=\"accordion\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading accordion__toggle\" aria-controls=\"i-dont-want-to-use-mfa-can-i-opt-out\" aria-expanded=\"false\">I don\u2019t want to use MFA, can I opt out?<span class=\"ico ico-chevron-fat ico--deep-blue\"><svg xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" viewBox=\"0 0 32 32\"><path d=\"M10.91 30.41l-2.82-2.82L19.67 16 8.09 4.41l2.82-2.82L25.33 16 10.91 30.41z\"\/><\/svg><\/span><\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content content\" id=\"i-dont-want-to-use-mfa-can-i-opt-out\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p><span style=\"font-weight: 200\">No, MFA is mandatory for all students to ensure the security of Curtin accounts and data.
