{"id":14229,"date":"2022-12-05T06:26:14","date_gmt":"2022-12-04T22:26:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/news\/oasis-news\/covid-19-update-11-october\/"},"modified":"2022-12-07T11:47:23","modified_gmt":"2022-12-07T03:47:23","slug":"covid-19-update-11-october","status":"publish","type":"oasis-news","link":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/news\/oasis-news\/covid-19-update-11-october\/","title":{"rendered":"COVID-19 Update: 11 October"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif;color: #333333\">The WA Government has\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wa.gov.au\/government\/covid-19-coronavirus\/covid-19-coronavirus-what-you-can-and-cant-do\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif;color: #116191\">announced<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif;color: #333333\">\u00a0that, as of Friday 14 October, mandatory\u00a0COVID-19 isolation requirements will be removed, in line with the decision made by National Cabinet on 30 September 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif;color: #333333\">Students and staff are asked to continue to stay at home when unwell, or when waiting for the results of a COVID test. There may also be additional requirements for entry into health and aged care settings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif;color: #333333\">While it may seem the threat of COVID-19 is largely over, members of our community are still testing positive on a regular basis.
