There may be actions you can take now to ensure your results are released on time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Clear any outstanding sanctions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have an outstanding sanction, you won\u2019t be able to view your results. To ensure you can view your results on release day, we recommend you clear your sanction as soon as you can.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To view your sanctions and find out what action you need to take, <a href=\"https:\/\/students.connect.curtin.edu.au\/app\/answers\/detail\/a_id\/1836\/kw\/sanction\">follow the steps<\/a> outlined in our FAQ.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Changes to your academic status<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your academic status is an indication of how you\u2019re going with your studies. If you have received your results and see that you\u2019re on Conditional or Terminated status, we have a range of advice and resources to help you.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have been placed on Conditional status following the release of your results, there are support and resources available to help you get back on track with your studies. Follow the <a href=\"https:\/\/students.connect.curtin.edu.au\/app\/answers\/detail\/a_id\/46\/kw\/transcript\">steps to order an official document<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are graduating after Semester 1 2024, you will receive one complimentary Academic Transcript after conferral of your award. Check your Official Communication Channel in OASIS regularly to ensure you register for your graduation online by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/students\/essentials\/graduation\/getting-ready\/important-dates\/\">published deadline<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Understanding your results<\/strong><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have received a result and you are not sure what it means, you can find more information about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/students\/essentials\/examinations\/results\/?elqTrackId=FFA58BD0DA18AA399EFDFF36A9092AE2&amp;elqTrack=true#:~:text=Understanding%20academic%20status-,University%20grading%20system,-The%20tables%20below\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Curtin\u2019s grading system<\/a> on our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/students\/essentials\/examinations\/results\/?elqTrackId=A069B0453CE3DDACCE09EEDF68EF68DB&amp;elqTrack=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">results, grades and academic progression page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, you may have received an interim grade of \u2018GNS\u2019 (Grade Not Submitted) which indicates that marking was not complete and therefore a final result was not available to your faculty\u2019s Board of Examiners for ratification.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marking may be incomplete for many reasons so you should check your Official Communication Channel in OASIS for notification or information about the delay. If you have not received an official communication regarding the GNS, you should <a href=\"https:\/\/students.connect.curtin.edu.au\/app\/answers\/detail\/a_id\/328?elqTrackId=1411101726A7CE7FFCD7E14D263971B7&amp;elqTrack=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reach out to your unit coordinator<\/a> for clarification.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Graduating after semester 1 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you\u2019re eligible to graduate following Semester 1 2024, you will receive a graduation invitation via your Official Communication Channel in OASIS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Semester 1 results will be released on Wednesday 3 July.
