This Sorry Day (26 May) and National Reconciliation Week (27 May to 3 June), take charge with brave actions towards reconciliation in your daily life.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reconciliation.org.au\/national-reconciliation-week\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National Reconciliation Week (NRW)<\/a> is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.<\/p>\n<p>Preceding NRW, <a href=\"https:\/\/nationaltoday.com\/national-sorry-day\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National Sorry Day<\/a> remembers and acknowledges the mistreatment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who were forcibly removed from their families and communities, recognised as The Stolen Generations.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s theme \u201cBe Brave. Make Change.\u201d is a challenge for all of us to <em>Be Brave<\/em> and tackle the unfinished business of reconciliation so we can <em>Make Change<\/em> for the benefit of all Australians.
