Thank you to all students who have uploaded their evidence of vaccination already. If you have not done this yet, please do this now via the COVID-19 Vaccination Status Collection webform<\/a>.<\/p>\n As per the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy and Procedure communicated to students on 10 February 2022, all students must provide the University with evidence they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine by 21 February 2022<\/strong>. Please refer to the student FAQs for further information on proof of vaccination found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n You must upload vaccination documentation (or an exemption) to be able to attend campus after 21\u00a0February 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n After 21\u00a0February, further information will be issued to those students who have not yet uploaded their evidence of vaccination or exemption. It may be possible for some students to study in an online version of the unit, if one is available.<\/p>\n A reminder that our FAQs for students are regularly updated and are available here<\/a>.<\/p>\n If you still require assistance you can submit an online enquiry<\/a> with Curtin Connect<\/a>.<\/p>\n Vaccination checking<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n The mandate is a requirement of all students attending campus, including students who are living in on-campus accommodation.<\/p>\n From 22 February, the University will be engaging COVID Marshals who will be spot-checking the vaccination status of people at our Western Australian campuses. Please ensure that you always have proof of vaccination status on you. Accepted forms of evidence are your:<\/p>\n Staff, students and other campus users will be asked to leave if they cannot provide evidence of their vaccination status.<\/p>\n We understand this might be a difficult\u00a0time for students and encourage you to prioritise your own health and wellbeing.\u202fIf you feel you would like some additional support, our Counselling,\u00a0Access Ability\u00a0and Wellbeing\u00a0Services will be available online or by telephone.\u00a0Appointments can be made by calling during office hours:<\/p>\n Graduation exposure report \u2013 Monday 14 February<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Information posted on social media indicates that a student who graduated on Monday evening has tested positive for COVID-19. Advice has been received today confirming the positive result. The graduate did identify their seat number, so we are making contact with everyone in the immediate vicinity to advise them of the possible exposure.<\/p>\n We remind people this was an open-air event, all attendees were required to show proof of vaccination and were wearing masks, so we do not believe there is any cause for alarm, but attendees should follow the general government advice below and monitor for symptoms.<\/p>\n If you are a close contact or symptomatic<\/a> , please follow the advice on the WA Government COVID-19 information page<\/a>.<\/p>\n If you are a confirmed COVID-19 case please:<\/p>\n From next week, Curtin will begin publishing exposure sites on WA campuses and venues where we cannot identify and\/or make contact with all contacts at the location, whether \u201cself-reported\u201d to us by individuals, or notified by the Health Department.
