{"id":19712,"date":"2021-05-31T02:42:08","date_gmt":"2021-05-30T18:42:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/news\/media-release\/funding-boost-to-equip-dietitians-with-new-app-for-weight-management\/"},"modified":"2021-05-31T02:42:08","modified_gmt":"2021-05-30T18:42:08","slug":"funding-boost-to-equip-dietitians-with-new-app-for-weight-management","status":"publish","type":"media-release","link":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/news\/media-release\/funding-boost-to-equip-dietitians-with-new-app-for-weight-management\/","title":{"rendered":"Funding boost to equip dietitians with new app for weight management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Curtin University has been awarded more than one million dollars in Federal Government funding for a research study to improve the access to a novel quality diet assessment and treatment app for patients living with obesity.<\/p>\n<p>The project, which will be led by Professor Deborah Kerr from the Curtin School of Public Health, was successful in the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) &#8211;
