Curtin University has been ranked the 26th most international university in the world, and 2nd in Australia on the Times Higher Education (THE) list of the top 200 most international universities. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The THE list ranks universities by key aspects of internationalisation such as on-campus diversity and global academic collaborations. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Curtin Vice-Chancellor Professor Deborah Terry said results reflect Curtin University\u2019s position as one of the most outward-looking institutions in the world.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI am delighted that Curtin\u2019s collaboration with global partners and capacity to attract academics and students from around the world has been recognised in this way,\u201d Vice-Chancellor Professor Terry said.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe results further support our efforts to be internationally competitive and prominent in the education sector, ensuring that we are engaged in major international research collaborations and that our students are graduating with the skills and experiences required to participate effectively in a globalised workforce.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Curtin University currently has students enrolled from more than 115 countries including Brazil, Canada, China, Kenya, Malaysia, Norway, Pakistan, Singapore and the United Kingdom.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Times Higher Education has ranked Curtin in the top 10 per cent of universities in the world based on the international outlook indicator of their flagship World University Ranking 2015\/16.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Universities are measured on their proportion of international students, international staff, and research publications with at least one co-author from another country. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
