To create a positive impact for the world, we need bold, creative innovators.
The Curtinnovation Awards recognise and celebrate individuals and teams developing new products, processes or services through study at Curtin University that could significantly benefit society.
No idea is off limits. Previous winners include HerHelp, a mobile app that enables women to access on-demand wellness resources and mental health professionals; an online suicide prevention tool for university students; and ClimateClever, a novel data-driven app that helps schools reduce their carbon footprint and save money in the process.
All finalists will receive wider recognition of their work and be considered for further support for the commercialisation of their innovation. Winners will also receive these benefits plus a significant cash prize and the opportunity to receive scholarships for our Curtin Ignition and Accelerate programs.

How to apply
All Curtin students are eligible to apply. Applications are now open until Friday 2 June 2023.
Students interested in applying are invited to our information seminar on Tuesday 28 March at 1pm. For more details on this and how to apply, visit the Curtinnovation Awards website.
