{"id":6725,"date":"2026-06-29T08:08:43","date_gmt":"2026-06-29T08:08:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/library\/?p=6725"},"modified":"2026-06-30T06:07:18","modified_gmt":"2026-06-30T06:07:18","slug":"curate-repository-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/library\/curate-repository-update\/","title":{"rendered":"CURATE Repository Update\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Reading time: 1 minute<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Curtin Library is pleased to announce the launch of <a href=\"https:\/\/curate.curtin.edu.au\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/curate.curtin.edu.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CURATE<\/a>, Curtin University&#8217;s new institutional repository on the Figshare platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The migration of Curtin\u2019s Institutional Repository to its new platform&nbsp;provided&nbsp;an opportunity to rebrand&nbsp;espace&nbsp;as&nbsp;<strong>CURATE&nbsp;<\/strong>(Curtin University Research Academic and Teaching Electronic repository), reflecting a modern, accessible home for Curtin\u2019s research outputs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the name has changed, our commitment to open scholarship remains the same. CURATE brings together research outputs by Curtin authors\u2014including Higher Degree by Research (HDR) theses\u2014to increase the visibility, discoverability and impact of Curtin research. It also helps researchers meet funders&#8217; Open Access requirements at no cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depositing both traditional and non-traditional research outputs is&nbsp;simple.
