We spent time consolidating and shelving the collection in a mightily impressive compactus (space-saving shelves). When the dust settled, postgraduate students and staff were allowed to browse the shelves. The trial was a success so we\u2019ve extended access to students. You\u2019re welcome to browse to your heart\u2019s content or your assignment\u2019s parameters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bookings.library.curtin.edu.au\/reserve\/compactus\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/bookings.library.curtin.edu.au\/reserve\/compactus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Book a one-hour visit<\/a> and explore in person using our appointment system. Let the browsing adventure begin!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read and Return for fun<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Read and Return collection offers recreational reading on most floors of the Library. Books are sorted by genre and located on open bookshelves, identified with a cheerful Read and Return sticker. They include fiction and non-fiction, graphic novels, self-help, LGBTQIA+ and fantasy. Take a break from study. There\u2019s no need to loan the book, we trust you. Just pick one, take it and read it anywhere \u2013 in the Library, at home, in a hammock or a hot-air balloon. When you\u2019ve finished, simply return the book to its friends on the shelf.
