In this talk, Associate Professor Andrew Woods will guide attendees through the amazing views in stunning detail on the large wrap-around cylinder projection screen at the Curtin University HIVE, exploring different locations and travelling backwards and forwards in time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The talk will discuss the key elements of the exhibition and the work that has gone into its production, with attendees invited to explore the exhibition at their own pace before or after the talk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <em>Albany Then &amp; Now: Historical Panoramas of Menang Noongar Boodja<\/em> exhibition is a collaboration between the Western Australian Museum, Curtin University HIVE, and the State Library of Western Australia, with support from the City of Albany and Lotterywest.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Event Details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Friday 14 August 2026<br><\/strong>3:00pm &#8211; 4:00pm<br>Free event, open to the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Location: <\/strong>Curtin HIVE, inside John Curtin Gallery<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/events.humanitix.com\/a-behind-the-scenes-look-at-the-albany-then-and-now-exhibition-4esg7utg\">REGISTER HERE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Photography<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This event may be photographed and\/or videoed, and images may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media.
