{"id":8338,"date":"2026-09-01T13:29:36","date_gmt":"2026-09-01T05:29:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/events\/?p=8338"},"modified":"2026-09-01T13:49:51","modified_gmt":"2026-09-01T05:49:51","slug":"2026-curtin-giving-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/events\/2026-curtin-giving-day\/","title":{"rendered":"2026 Curtin Giving Day"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/friends\/support-curtin\/because-they-dare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Because They Dare Appeal<\/a>, Giving Day brings our alumni and wider Curtin community together to support students as they pursue their goals and build brighter futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year, every dollar raised will support the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/friends\/support-curtin\/curtin-cares-about-students-equity-scholarship\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Curtin Cares About Students Equity Scholarship<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/friends\/support-curtin\/student-professional-development-grant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Curtin Student Professional Development Grants<\/a>, helping students overcome barriers to education and access experiences that help them thrive at university and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On <strong>Wednesday 9 September<\/strong> from 10.30am to 1:30pm, Giving Day celebrations kick off at our Bentley campus.
