{"id":7354,"date":"2026-02-19T15:10:29","date_gmt":"2026-02-19T07:10:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/events\/?p=7354"},"modified":"2026-02-19T15:10:30","modified_gmt":"2026-02-19T07:10:30","slug":"working-through-procrastination-program","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/events\/working-through-procrastination-program\/","title":{"rendered":"Working Through Procrastination Program"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Struggling to stay on track with your studies? <strong>Working Through Procrastination<\/strong> is a <strong>free, four\u2011week group program<\/strong> run by Curtin\u2019s <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/students\/personal-support\/counselling-wellbeing\/counselling\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/students\/personal-support\/counselling-wellbeing\/counselling\/\">Psychological and Counselling team<\/a><\/strong>, designed to help you develop practical strategies to manage procrastination and reduce academic stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Across four weekly <strong>90\u2011minute sessions<\/strong>, you\u2019ll learn how to get started on tasks, manage unhelpful thoughts and emotions, and build mindfulness and self\u2011compassion skills in a supportive group setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All sessions are located in <a href=\"https:\/\/campusmap.curtin.edu.au\/bentley\/?poi=1000462553\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/campusmap.curtin.edu.au\/bentley\/?poi=1000462553\">Building 109, Level 2 (Counselling and Health Services)<\/a>.
