Multinational teams are an organisational reality and a key challenge for many organisations. This program provides an evidence-based approach on how to lead multinational teams in a complex and multicultural environment. Taking a highly practical perspective, the program provides knowledge and assessment tools to address the opportunities of multinational teams and mitigate the inevitable challenges faced.
This is an immersive two-week learning experience delivered by a portfolio of highly
experienced academics from Curtin University in Perth, international guest speakers and leaders from multinational organisations.
You will build the knowledge and capabilities needed to lead multinational teams more effectively, and to continue developing international leadership capacity
throughout your organisation. The program also provides you with a valuable opportunity to further explore and strengthen your core leadership capabilities in a highly competitive and ever-changing global environment.

Credits: Equivalence of 25 credits into select Curtin University programs or 6 ECTS
