What does it take to make or break a habit?

To begin forming successful habits, you’ll need to understand motivations and styles, resilient behaviours, and reframing the concept of failure as something crucial to learning, fulfilment and success.

In this Career Ready session, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • explore strategies to make and break habits
  • consider your unique motivations and habit building style
  • discuss the significance of resilience and how to build resilient behaviours

If you’re interested in this session but can’t make it on the day, book in anyway – we’ll send you the slides and recording link after the event.

Career Ready is a series of interactive, online workshops focusing on career planning, job applications and professional identity. It doesn’t matter if you’re looking for work while you study, wanting to build your experience, or applying for a professional role, Career Ready is a great place to start.
