Students undertaking an unpaid placement are covered by Curtin\u2019s Personal Accident insurance policy which must first be approved by Curtin University.<\/p>\n<p>*Students should not commence any placement prior to confirmation of insurance cover.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have agreed to host a Curtin student, they are required to complete professional development modules and apply for insurance coverage via UniHub prior to the placement commencing.
