The Celebration of Physiotherapy and Exercise Science at Curtin – Past, Present and Future event was recently held at Wesfarmers Court at Curtin’s Bentley campus. Around 140 staff, alumni and friends gathered to celebrate the many achievements of the School over the past 50 years. Former Vice-Chancellor, Head of School and Curtin History Maker, Emeritus Professor Lance Twomey spoke at the event.
There were also several other compelling speeches including one from Joe Farrell, the School’s first HDR graduate in 1981. He is now a highly regarded physiotherapist in the United States.
