The Centre for Aboriginal Studies (CAS) hosted an event to celebrate its history and Curtin’s long commitment to Indigenous education and culture. With more than 70 people in attendance, including former students and staff, the event was a recap of all that CAS has achieved.
A number of former CAS leaders shared some of their iconic and revolutionary moments from the Centre, with reflections from Trevor Satour, Darryl Kickett, Professor Pat Dudgeon, Professor Anita Lee-Hong, and Professor Simon Forrest.
Kim Collard, CEO of Kulbardi was the MC for the evening and Dr Ernie Stringer and Carol Martin facilitated important discussion throughout the event.
