Please note that the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital Clinic no longer accepts self-referrals or GP referrals and only provides services to those within the hospital system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Curtin Health &amp; Wellness Centre provides affordable physiotherapy treatment for musculoskeletal conditions and is open to all members of the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students in their final years of study and physiotherapy graduates are supervised by experienced physiotherapists in our professional treatment areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treatment plans are patient-centred and based on contemporary evidence and clinical care guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What can we treat?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>back pain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>neck pain and headaches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sprains and strains<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rehabilitation following surgery or injury<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>arthritis and joint pain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>persistent or chronic pain conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What\u2019s involved?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A thorough examination will be undertaken. You may want to consider wearing gym clothes, a sports bra (if applicable) for the thoracic or upper limb areas, or shorts if you are seeking treatment for an injury at the hips down.
