- Cost Recovery;

- What constitutes a contract and why have one?
- Key clauses;
- What to do if you receive a contract from a funder;
- How to initiate a contract;
- When to use the Curtin standard contract;
- Negotiating contracts and who can sign them;
- ORD's role in contract management.
